CUPCAKES

Perhaps a whole cake is too much and a box of cupcakes is just what you are after. A minimum order of 6 cupcakes per flavour, cupcakes must be ordered in 6’s.

  • A Box of 6 Classic cupcakes simply decorated to compliment the colour or flavour you have chosen ÂŁ15 per box

  • A Box of 12 Classic cupcakes simply decorated to compliment the colour or flavour you have chosen ÂŁ25 per box

  • A Box of 12 Bespoke themed cupcakes (minimum order of 12) ÂŁ35 per box

CAKE FLAVOURS:

  • Classic Victoria Sponge: A light vanilla sponge, with a vanilla buttercream, and a strawberry jam filling (if you would rather have raspberry jam just ask when ordering, Vickie often has her own homemade jams available to add to Victoria sponge cakes, just ask what flavoured home made jam is available when ordering if you’re interested)

  • All Vanilla: A light vanilla sponge, with a vanilla bean buttercream filling (Why not make it a funfetti cake and request bake stable sprinkles to be added into the sponge)

  • Classic chocolate cake: A rich chocolate cake, baked using cocoa powder and oil for a super moist texture, and filled with a Belgian chocolate buttercream. (why not add a Biscoff or Nutella spread to the filling?)

  • Chocolate fudge cake: A fudgy chocolate cake made using high quality dark chocolate for a rich indulgent cake which has a similar consistency to a brownie, filled with Belgian chocolate buttercream. (why not add Biscoff spread or a salted caramel to the filling)

  • Black forest cake: A moist chocolate sponge using the classic chocolate cake recipe, sandwiched between vanilla bean buttercream and filled with a cherry compote

  • Lemon: A light zesty lemon sponge, with a zingy lemon curd filling, and a light lemony buttercream. (poppyseeds or freeze dried raspberries can be added upon request)

  • Salted Caramel: A brown sugar sponge, filled with lashings of home made all butter salted caramel, and a salted caramel buttercream

  • Biscoff: A brown sugar sponge filled with a biscoff spread filling, and a biscoff flavoured buttercream.

  • Cookies and CrĂšme: A classic chocolate sponge cake, filled with a crushed oreo crumb and vanilla buttercream.

  • White Chocolate and Raspberry: A vanilla sponge with fresh raspberries baked in, filled with smooth raspberry jam and a Belgian white chocolate buttercream. (Want me to leave the fresh raspberries out? Just ask when ordering

  • Carrot Cake: A lightly spiced carrot sponge, filled with a smooth vanilla bean buttercream

  • Red Velvet: A classic red sponge, made traditionally with buttermilk and a hint of cocoa. Filled with a vanilla buttercream.

  • Coffee and Walnut: An espresso infused brown sugar sponge with walnut pieces throughout. Filled with a silky smooth espresso buttercream

All cakes are made using high quality ingredients, free range eggs, Callebaut Belgian chocolate, real butter for buttercreams, and premium jams and curds.

Made without Gluten, Dairy and Nuts cakes are available to order however due to the nature of the bakery cross contamination is a risk and no cake is guaranteed to be allergen free. Vickie’s at home baking handles all of the major allergens within the premises.
